Afflicted

afflictedThe Canada makes a small surprise with this unusual found footage horror film. The "Afflicted" tells through personal webcams of the protagonists of dramatic moments experienced by two buddies friends during their travel in various countries of the world. One of the two already facing serious health problems with the brain, experiencing mysterious changes in the body, in the behavior and physical abilities. The situation escapes and entertaining journey of friends turns into a nightmare with many bloodstains … Perhaps many have had enough with the method of "amateur" camera but trust me on the "Afflicted" fits just fine giving even more dramatic in tone.

Also placed a formidable actor in place of the elderly suffering from this disease and who study the protagonists. The terrifying grimaces of this elderly woman freezes the blood! Starry Eyes

starry eyesThis film was described by a journalist as a noninvasive combination of David Lynch and David Cronenberg. Well we couldn't agree more. "Starry Eyes" is an excellent horror film with amazing ambient music that travels the hallucinogenic world of protagonist who fervently wants to become Hollywood stars at any price … Even if this involves blood and total mutation of herself. Through the shadowy elite of a film production company and the insatiable ambition of heroine for fame, the film depicts in an original way the tendency of some people to click on people in order to reach socially/professionally and to accomplish their goals.
