After the famous vampire horror series The Vampire Diaries, the American television network The CW has put in place procedures for creating one more series about vampires. This time the project will be based in one of the classic horror movies with vampires and one of the most cult times of 80s.

This is the monumental "The Lost Boys" in 1987 of Joel Schumacher where starred the Jason Patric, Kiefer Sutherland, Jami Gertz, Corey Haim, Corey Feldman and Edward Herrmann. The case had to do with a gang of young vampires that tromokratoyse a coastal California town and clashes with a group of kids making ypopsiasmenwn.

The series will be written by the creator of the tv series Veronica Mars and iZombi, Rob Thomas. The Rob Thomas will take over as executive producer through Spondoolie Productions while on his quest will assist and Danielle Stokdyk's associates and Dan Etheridge along with Mike Karz and Bill Bindley from Gulfstream Television.

The series will be redefining the original movie and will explore the theme of immortality and its importance. The makers are geared for 7 seasons in the anthology format. History will extend for 70 years and every season will cover a particular decade. The first season focuses on the notorious "Summer of love" in San Francisco in 1967 that is associated with the Hippie movement. Each season will change people and the environment of action-only vampires will remain the same …
